Go straight to 8.19.11/
Two different bands. One is aimless, disconnected, all over the place, and the other.... a well oiled machine.
The vocals are not mixed right this night. The band is clearly not in a state of balance, and the guys don't sound connected at all. I didn't enjoy the Barber's work against the Brownie bass line here. I didn't enjoy this set.
On the other hand, I just listened to 8.19 Philly last night, and it's that incredible Bisco sound that got me interested in the band from the get go. They brought their A-Game that night. Look into that one.
