This is starting to get very annoying. I paid for the Oakland 3 night run with video and was only able to download the first night. I have been unable to download the next two nights and the video...what's going on with you guys? I have submitted a customer service question last week and still no response. Is there a number I can call...this is not good business practice and will be frowned upon going forward.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Is there some kind of problem getting these videos up? I absolutely did not intend to pay to preorder a video that won't be available for weeks, and thought it was available at the time of purchase.

I love the band, but am about to get a refund if we don't at least get some news on when they may be available.

so I see...You guys needed a little funding to make this happen so you presold it...working on paying for it, and then eventually we get it?!? Just don't put that it is ready....

guess several days really means several weeks, a lil more detailed status updates would be nice for those of us that preordered, still look forward to more of these in future if this first run gets the process dialed in, great untapped revenue

Here it is 10/24/10, 9 days after the show and I still receive a "File not found message". I was excited to download the show when I saw the "Download Video Now" message. Now I'm patiently waiting for the videos to post. It's misleading and I don't like being teased! Anyway that's it from the west side-

PreOrder=not available yet. Download now=Video is ready to download. Just alittle tip for live downloads next time they do something like this. "File not Found" has been for sale for a week now.
