Were you actually able to download the shows from the site, or did you buy the DVD?

Has anyone been able to download the shows? I was under the impression that we are still waiting for the licensing to clear.

is it working for you folks yet??? still unable to view anything!!! wont go pass the download manager..says its searching for java but never goes anywhere from there?! if it is working then i will spend some more time but time isn't free!!!! the anticipation is killing me MAN!!!!!

Steve, the issue is that it didn't say pre-order, it said buy, so most were lead to believe they were buying it then.

I've spoken to them at customer service, and they're working to see if they can fix that issue. Other than that, I'm sure most of us can understand that it could take time, just want to know how much time until we can redeem what we thought we were purchasing.

HD video downloads of recently performed shows...are you freakin' kidding me??? What an awesome product!!! Hell, I don't care if it takes a few months...take as long as you need. Anything is better than getting one commercial DVD every 4 or 5 years!

I'm not sure what you other guys that are complaining about. Once these are available, it's gonna be INCREDIBLE! These videos will be SOOOO worth the wait and once they're available I'm pretty sure nobody will care that they had to wait. FWIW, I'm pretty sure that the timing issues are probably out of the hands of those that are creating the video's since they explain that they are waiting for rights to clear.

For those that are bitching because you pre-paid, if you were really worried about your money being tied up, then why did you pre-pay?

I've purchased all 3 nights in HD video format...but still waiting...I have planned to buy also the Halloween show on FLAC but at today I am not sure after this...please, drop us some news about the date of release of the videos! I am a true fan but my patience is almost over
