I am not one to write to many reviews. But this one deserves one.
Fist of all I have have to say the second set is well, one of the best I have heard.
The version of Sharon, I have never heard`em do it, I am ADDICTED. JB`s voice is getting better and better. it is unreal here. I have played this song back to back for hours and it never gets old! He makes you feel it!! WoW! Keep it rockin boys!!

Sharon is worth the 11 bucks in and of itself! GET IT!!!

outstanding high energy show. Surprise>No Sugar is hot, but the funky Holden>>>ILS is the high point of the set, and maybe summer. Great hearing the classics sounds so damn good in the 2nd set - Pigeons, Wrangler & Conrad are all monsters. The Mikey tribute segment has my in tears every time. George & JB on Expiration Day are beautiful.

Unreal good show!! Been seeing the guys since `88 and they never seem to disapoint. First set was great, But the second set was absolutely smoking. Gotta love Vacation! Thanks for the awesome birthday preasent guys!

What a great show to end summer with! One of our favorite venues... I had to shed a tear when "This part of town" rang through the air. Totally agree with the anti-glowstick league, they should be banned! I was hooked at my 1st show, Athens `98, & I don`t keep count anymore! Love to you all!

This is a very good WSP show, nice choice of cover tunes.Got this is as free download at glide magazine in mp3 format.great recording.I`d like to see WSP come up north and play a few more sheds in some kind of out of the way places like The Grateful Dead used to do.Places like Augusta,ME., Portland,ME., Manchester,N.H.,Burlington,VT.,Providence,RI. etc., they definetley have the audience for it.Not everyone can drop it all and run to Boston or New York.Virginia seems to be a place where they play some great shows, as this one here is testiment to.The No Sugar/Mother Nature really flows well. It`s great to hear a band take an older tune like this and really juice up the solo`s and fills and really make it kind of thier own.I know when I listen to music I make up my own little solos and fills and imagine what it would sound like with a full band to accompany.I wonder what Randy Bachman(Who wrote the song for The Guess Who)had for choices going through his head of solos etc.back in the 60`s and if any that WSP plays were choices he opted not to use.The Holden Oversoul>Sharon>Bust It Big from this show is whacked,I love it that they pull out an old David Bromberg cover like "Sharon" and again just make it flow with everything like it was meant to go right there between Holden and Bust It.Very,Very cool stuff. And thats the way it is from here, film at 11:00
