Out of all the songs in their repertoire that DON'T need to be played for 10+ minutes, Looks Like Rain is very high on that list. And it's not just Bobby's voice here -- I actually think it's a fun change of pace -- it's just that it didn't age well, it's sappy, and it says nothing. Otherwise, great recording. This show carries on that weird, thrilling energy that came out of '84.

Yeah, I don’t think I’ve heard Bobby this hoarse before. Otherwise strong show. A little bit brisk on some of the tempos! :-)

It’s honestly so hard to hate on these 85’s shows that are getting dropped. I mean, we need more 85 shows to begin with. But both Jerry *and* Bobby’s voices are pretty shot. This Looks Like Rain is top shelf. They still make for a fun and interesting listen; musically, the group’s firing on all cylinders.
