Reviews for Grateful Dead: 3/2/1992 The Omni, Atlanta, GA

Woah! A smokin’ show start to finish, no need to single out highlights. 3/20 was a good choice for 30 trips but this one’s a real gem too.

Solid show. Not my first pick but the better of the two Atlanta shows. Set is all pre-Vince tunes and Bruce is still there to push Jerry.

You may look at this set list and think ‘meh’, but please give it a listen. Solid , inspired show top to bottom. Great BEW and Deal in the first set. The second set also rocks. The Drums go wayyyyy out there. I forgot how great the drum space segments were. And this Stella Blue. Jerry Garcia.

One of the best Stellas I’ve ever heard! Had me in tears. The rest of the band just gets out of the way and Jerry pours all his emotions into the vocals and the leads!

I wasn’t discouraged to see early ‘92 appear in the cue, but damn, this first set is ripping! Pure gold from a shaky tour.

What an enjoyable show! I’ve never given ‘92 much of a chance, these two sets tell me I should.

Honestly, I got so locked it that I thought it was a Brent show. What a smoker!

Wow what a great show. So much energy. The Terrapin and jam out of it is pure gold
