Not quite a top-shelf show from '81, but a fun listen. The first set is a bit anemic until the end of Little Red Rooster, when Jerry busts out a killer solo as an apology for Bob's awful slide work. From there, it's mellow gold capped off by an especially hot Sailor>Saint; both halves of the suite do their jobs well with Bobby dropping some F-bombs near the end .
Second sets that start with China>Rider>Man Smart tend to be a little bit rudderless, but this one is a big exception. With the start of He's Gone, the boys go vintage with a huge suite that calls to mind some classic early 70s sets, albeit played in the '81 style. Truckin thru Wharf Rat contains flashes of Dark Star, the Other One, and a sultry Spanish Jam that should make nearly any Deadhead happy.
It may not be the best example of this band achieving full levitation, but committed fans should find this one highly enjoyable.

Bobby not holding back. Eyes widened with that “what the fu you gonna do?!” Like my goodness. Never heard anyone so exquisitely sing a lyric like that. Impeccable.

This show is a masterpiece. The vibe is laid back, but Jerry's playing throughout is stellar. It's hard to pick a singular highlight. This one is better enjoyed in it's totality.
