I was wrong. Second show was 11 and half weeks after my first show on 2/24/73. As John Mayer recently observed, how lucky to be a college student in the 70’s, when the Dead were sure to be available, even in Iowa.

I was there too. Seven weeks and one day after my first show in Iowa City on 2/24/73. Hope the Iowa city show gets a Dead drop.

Grateful to hear my 2md show again. Proto Wall of Sound in full display. Interesting weather events include sunshine rainbow. Sounds very tight. Is this and Osley recording ?

Jerry plays 3 different guitars on this one. His Alligator (a modified 1955 Stratocaster), the Erlewine Stratocaster, and the first Irwin “Eagle” (an early Doug Irwin/Alembic guitar).

Great set. The guitar was dancing like crazy. Set three is a highlight here. One of my favorite eyes of the world!
