Reviews for Grateful Dead: 3/23/1975 Kezar Stadium, San Francisco, CA

This is a really special recording, especially considering the band only played three events in 1975. If you’re into the jazz fusion, Garcia driven era of the band, this is a must listen gem. It’s a short set, but it’s incredibly engaging from start to finish and really captures the moment. You can hear what the band was listening to at the time, pulling from the jazz fusion world and filtering it through their own wacky, unmistakable sound, and there’s really not much else like it in the live GD world in terms of how this recording feels and sounds. The encore from the show is also not included here at the end.
