Reviews for Grateful Dead: 9/28/1975 Lindley Meadows, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, CA

Keith’s playing on stronger than dirt is amazing (and this tune may well be the highlight of the whole show) — he added so much to their sound, as would be more obvious if he wasn’t so frequently too low in the mix. Listening to him in JGB from ‘76 further exemplifies his talent, and the fact that he was NOT in decline, though perhaps he was mellower at this point then in 72 and 73.

Wow! Listened in Re-listen and loved it. On Play Dead it is a whole new world. What incredible sound. Great show! The gdtrfb is one for the record books. Enjoy!

Oh Yeah! That GDTRFB though?

Love this show, it’s an interesting listen. Listened to it a couple years ago while tripping on acid on a Saturday afternoon. Laid on the floor with headphones and felt like liquid sunshine was flowing throughout body. Good times.
