That crowd pop during I know you rider was goosebump worthy. CT has always been such a great place for jam shows

Absolutely insane crowd energy on this recording, the boys were hot!

This Dave's Picks has it all. Real strong. That energy on Alabama Getaway is far out. Real into those later Greatest Story cuts. Think that number got some great weight with Brent and Bobby delivers with those lead vocals. Phil is lacing it together in '78, Jerry's play has that up tempo energy and Billy and Mickey are reconnected. The entire sound from '78 is a scene. West LA Fadeaway drives that bluesy trip and it's delivered here. Brown Eyed Women always gets a mention. That's a real vibe of mine and this performance is tight. It's got that little slip with the lyrics baby but it's all about the solo...and this solo is quick, deep and memorable. It moves. So we move. It grooves. So we groove. Real sweet baby. X

Might be the best China>Rider?

Might be the best China among other things

One of the all-time Grate Dave’s Picks. Two complete shows. Two amazing setlists. All in spectacular Maxtrix sound. A sort of 3D effect with an audience punch. The under-released When Push Comes to Shove beautifully strides along. And how about that ‘shadowboxing the apocalypse?’
