It’s almost ironic. I do think this is the best Set Two since 9/1/24, which was also at a PNC-named venue: PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel NJ. What a heater!! HONK??

My first Goose show after listening to the live releases for most of the year, and it didn’t disappoint! The jams were great, especially in the second set, and I got many of my favorites, but the entire setlist was so well-structured. The first set flowed well as the tempo slowed down before the big Hungersite finale, and the second set just never let up, even with the brief break for the Penelope Road sit-in. Thatch out of the gate was among the best ever. Creatures continues to be one of the best songs of the last few months and transitioned well into Hollywood Nights. I had extremely high expectations but this was close to perfect for me!
