I’ve seen some amazing concerts in my life and some of the greatest guitar players that ever lived. Eddie VanHalen. David Gilmore. The Edge. Bruce Springsteen. Johnny Marr. Trey Anastasio. Noel Gallagher. Nils Lofgren. Keith Richards. All amazing. But at this show I saw a man from another universe do things with a guitar that I didn’t think were possible. I would say it was like seeing Hendrix or Stevie Ray Vaughan but it was in a category all its own. Jack White was like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’m not often at a loss for words, but JFC I can’t begin to describe what it was like to see him play. If you got to see him in this tour, you will remember it always. If you didn’t see him, listen to this show and revel in its glory.
