oh and my favorite and DREAM versions of Crickets & I-Man too. the Doses in-between was perfectly placed and executed as well. i think the band and I were the exact same wavelength and frequency this night, because from Crickets through I-Man, they played note for note what I wanted them to in my head, telepathically ???? just insanity. and the crickets got SSSLLLOOOWWW before being built back up. just phenomenal stuff that no other band can and will never be able to accomplish.

totally NUTZ show. Crickets -> Doses -> I-Man was some of the best and funkiest shit I've heard in 30 years of live music and recording. so I went up front in front of Brownie for the entire second set. SOOOOOOOOOOOO glad i did. Penn's Peak is an amazing venue that gave me a rare chance to leave my mics and recording gear back by the foh since it was so well protected near Rich. I've already listened to the nugs version to help track my 3 recordings, and I've listened to my Schoeps MK4V/MK41V matrix nonstop since finishing it. the boys were on fire ???????? Now I need to figure out how to do the 12/30-31 Philthy shows. fwiw, I've been seeing Bisco since Club Laga in Pittsburgh back on 8/13/2002, and this and the 3/9/24 Pittsburgh show are some of the best I've ever heard them. just on a completely nother level than everyone else and I always get my dancing and money's worth!!! B4L ????????????

Finally got another "Running Into the Night" after about a year... love Barber's guitar solos in that song

I was there, undoubtedly a good show, faux cereal

What a show. Did not stop dancing. Was pretty sure we were getting a hope and Iman, but to also get the crix we got and SRB and then of course… that running into the night that dropped into voices ??? Goddam it was the PERFECT choice to open the second set, it got me hyped. Also of note: I’m not the hugest fan of the composed part of buy the time, but I really like where they went with it. The suspended in air jam during freeze is always welcome as well! They all looked very happy up there too, there was a pretty serious amount of applause at set break after iman, and barber had a shit eating grin, which I always love to see. Also have to mention, Brownie had a really great night; I feel like his playing has been consistently great since the caverns. B4Eternity!!!!!!!
