This is easily one of the best shows I’ve ever been to, and night two was even better! It was three hours of nonstop music from a band that handles everything from country to rock to almost jam band jamming effortlessly. Every piece of the puzzle just fits. Sturgill’s one of the best artists on the scene for any genre as far as creativity, lyrical content, and mastery of his craft. How they were able to intricately weave in and out of songs from his catalog into the songs that they covered was incredible. no one does three hours anymore except maybe Bruce Springsteen and I couldn’t imagine leaving there not feeling like you got your moneys worth. I have nothing but great things to say about the Salt Shed’s staff and the vendors. Seriously the only thing better than night one was night two. The merch was great, the sound was spot on and it was a beautiful fall evening in Chicago.

I live an area that was CRUSHED by Hurricane Helene. Sturgill coming to Nugs is a huge blessing. It’s some of the first music I’ve enjoyed in a week! Thanks Nugs and Sturgill!
