My 12th ‘tallica show, and first show in the pit!!! God almighty…. While other bands are retiring and sound like shells of their former selves, Metallica is getting BETTER? How is that even possible. I compared this to my first Metallica concert (MSG 2009), and this sounds a million times better. Tighter, better vocals, better drumming… CRAZY!

I was fortunate to attend this concert! The last time I saw Metallica was in1998. This show literally blew that show (which was amazing) away. Seeing it in a domed college football stadium was a really unique experience. The mix was outstanding and they were simply on. I am thrilled to have this recording to remember the evening!

This show was epic live! It was my son’s first Metallica show and they absolutely blew the doors off the place.
