Drummer needs to get a snare that pops. That buzzy, muffled snare doesn’t cut through the sound like it needs to. Trevor’s level is great. Keep it that way.

Definitely agree that turning Trevor up in the mix is better. Honestly could never even hear the bass enough before to get a read on how good he was.
