This is THE Eggy show for me. I know they will surpass and emulate this in ways to be seen, but this will always be Eggy to me. Unbelievably fortunate to have jumped on in Columbus and then caught this gem as my first taste of soundboard tour. Knew I felt something at the Summit, but hearing this show just days later rearranged my taste in the jam scene and centered Eggy as the reference point. The first set has rarities and deep jams, but the second set is an experience unto itself. The ~20 minute span out of sweat equity through the end of the reprised northern lights is bursting with creative sparks and then it wastes no time dropping into a supreme one stop shop sandwich. Fay is an absolute treat in her lone appearance in ~5 years. What I wouldn’t give to have caught this show in person.

After a couple attempts to check Eggy out on Nugs fizzled, this was the show that hooked me. 2nd set is unreal. Came here for the Little Feat covers, but that Northern Lights got me wanting to listen to Eggy originals. I've listened to a lot since. Caught Eggy at Beachland 5/10/24 for my first show!

Outstanding show. It’s amazing hearing how far these guys have come over the past couple years. The seamless transitions, sandwiches, and organic teases show phenomenal sync and alignment. So many classic influences too—in this show alone they cover/quote Elton, Bowie, Zappa, The Band and also lean into Yes, Traffic, CSNY, Haggar, and Allman Bros in various jams. Hope they bring this ?? to Brooklyn in a couple weeks!
