A festival set that somehow rose above many 2023 performances. Well balanced rocker with chili cheese dogs high on the mountain. Highlights: Soulfood I, Roctopus, Snucka, Ringo but the whole show was UM fire.

Look, I love all Umph. Rock UM, Metal UM, techno UM, UM in space, cover UM. But Joyful stew UM may be the best of them all and that jam in Hiccup was textbook. Also gotta love a lil Rocktopus!

Day Nurse edges out Small Strides as JOTS. Resolution solid as well. Best fest set I’ve heard in awhile.
