Worst mercy of alltime. The dude had no timing played in the wrong keys and scales. How was that guitarist allowed in the band?

If you don`t like the second set, then the terroirists win.

Hands down, the best George era set Ive seen and way up there in terms of the rest of those ive heard.

The Driving>Porch>LGTSOTR>Blackout>Arlene>Driving sammy is worth the download alone. In my opinion this is some of the best and tightest playing the Boys displayed during the Spring Tour. George really shines during the Porch Jam with everyone backing him up nicely then melts into the only LGTSOTR of the Spring Run.
The 1st set Mercy>Bowlegged is on time!!!

All I have to say is....Mercy into Bowlegged to end first set.
Life doesn`t get any better than that.

"But when Arleen comes on, the CD starts screwing up, not scratching in the sense that it is skipping, but scratching like someone was messing with a record on a turntable"

that was one of sunnys toys he was in a sense "scratching" during the intro.

i think arleen is supposed to sound like that. they had dj logic sample with them before on that track and jojo may have had a program going this time. maybe i`m wrong...

This show was great, and every song except Arleen sounds good. But when Arleen comes on, the CD starts screwing up, not scratching in the sense that it is skipping, but scratching like someone was messing with a record on a turntable. That is disappointing because Arleen was the heat that night. Does anyone else have this problem with their download?

I have re-discovered Widespread Panic!!!From the good ole days at the "War Eagle supper club" back in the 80`s at Auburn,I remember, well, not much.I do remember how incredible they were back then and I have followed them closely ever since.I got sober back in `99 and quit going to as many shows.I saw them with Mikey for the last time at Oak Mountain and somehow got backstage. The guys were very friendly and humble.Anyway, since Mikey died I sort of lost interest for a while.I recently started pulling out some old cd`s and tapes and listening to panic again. When i learned they were coming to the Fox in Atl I was not going to miss that opportunity.I went with my friends and could not believe the energy and magic in the theatre. For me that magic experience is the reason I love the band.I have downloaded every show i can afford and will have the whole tour (so far)after this fridays paycheck!George-he is very good.I like his contribution to the band and he will continue to evolve with the band.I love these guys. Thanks for making these special shows available for download at a fair price.bw
