Sleeper of a show from the Final Tour. Hot start with LTGTR and Big River. First set Dark Star was an unexpected but pleasant addition, 2nd set opens with maybe the best Eyes of the year and just never let’s up, killer Death Don’t and Knockin to close. Forever grateful to be there live

First Dead show I've ever been to. Just got into them over the past year and got to go to this one with my Dad. Truly changed me as a person. That Eyes man... whoo dog.

At the end of Knockin, after they sing “Just like so many times before” when they’re hanging in the silence, John shouts to the rest of the band, “Let’s give ‘em that love. Let’s give ‘em that truth.” Then they all hit the final chord and walk off stage. Epic show. Definitely saw some love and truth that night.

Hearing that crowd erupt during the “I left St. Louis…” line during Back Throated Wind still gives me chills every time I listen to it.
