outstanding performance ! (12/18/2008 8:44:56 AM)
MEMPHIS = BARBER SHREDFEST. CRICKETS = BROWNIE BASSFEST. Play this show very loud, very unique sounding. Love the agressiveness of the first four songs, Brownie's bass literally moved my subwoofer by a couple feet !!!

Pretty standard show until Crystal Ball when they started to get warmed up. Highlights for me were Rockafella and a nice smooth Magellan. Strong vocals from Barber this show.

where Ta tank at (11/5/2008 4:58:21 PM)
So i downloaded this show, and i was pleasantly surprised soon after, i though maybe they'd be rusty or something, but turns out that starting with the memphis > crickets>shelby OMG barber just let loose a hurricane the solo in the shelby jam is guitar hero material and he tears it up really well, the show wasn't even necessarily too rock it was the perfect mix

Bislexic (10/6/2008 4:00:13 PM)
It was great to have the Biscuits close out the First Annual Tatanka Festival on Sunday night/afternoon. The site was on the beach of the Boulder Reservoir and the band and crowd had a great view of the water. A pretty good crowd turned up shortly before the show. Even though the sun was still up with a 5pm start time, the M.E.M.P.H.I.S->Crickets has some solid extended improv. Rockafella, a newer tune, was a good choice to give the diverse crowd a glimpse at where the Biscuits seem to be going these days. The Magellan was very smooth through the composed parts, and Barber laid into some solos too. All in all, short but sweet.
