Absolutely love the way Alex starts his first solo on Pyramid Country. He kills it, wish he would kick it off that way every time. I haven’t found another show where he jumps in the same way. They are all fantastic but Alex always seems to have a little extra.

too bad he played the first night.. the rest of the lineup didn’t have a chance. he’s soooo good! lots of billy virgins in the crowd too.

Man! What a show. A couple of my buddies had never really given billy a chance so it was a magnificent feeling looking over and seeing their jaws on the floor. I wish it could’ve been longer but for being 20 minutes from my home I can’t complain! Thanks fellas for coming to Iowa!

Spooky good Tall Tall Grass while we all melted away in An Iowa field.... And I'm still processing that pyramid country and it's been 4 days. Also that solo set?? Damn son Hard curfew was aggressively early in BFE corn country tho... Hinterland should do better. DANG IT BILLY!
