Reviews for Grateful Dead: Ladies and Gentlemen... The Grateful Dead: Fillmore East, New York City, April 1971

This was the first Grateful Dead release that I ever owned. Here I am, 22 years later, listening to it and it still rocks! The perfect blend of rock, blues, country, soul, and funk. The pigpen era is my favorite era of The Grateful Dead.

This absolutely rips. Bluesy pigpen dead ftw. They all sound so good vocally here as well.

Be nice if all the tracks would actually play.
