Bill Walton in the house. RIP, Big Red Gentle Giant.

What a great show. You can hear the sincerity from Ed as he revisits one of the formative places in his life. You can feel the years of pent up emotion from friends passing and needing to be around people again. It's a quintessential Pearl Jam show. Can't wait for more of this tour, and when I get to see them in September.

WOW!! 32 years of Pearl Jam!!   (5/22/2022 4:43:51 PM)

Great show! Love this extended Better Man, ‘ wont ever give up no matter how hard it gets!’ And this quote , . .”.Surrounded by cocks…” - Eddy

This show doesn’t look like much on paper… but the tunes all have a San Diego sorta vibe, water-themed etc. A sort of homecoming with lots of friends and family in the audience. The songs are really well executed. A great way to start a tour that would inevitably be doomed by COVID.

Great return to arena shows. Place was electric. New songs sounds great live. The addition of Josh Klinghoffer is felt on all songs he’s playing. Nice to have a multi instrumentalist filling in in the background. Great home-town vibe as well with lots of friends and family of the band in the arena. Mamma-Son trilogy (in reverse), was a great finish.

Retrograde & the extended alive are the absolute highlights of this show. Pretty solid versions of whoever said, porch and dance too
