Hooked on the biscuits. When they are on, there’s nobody better. These rva shows are great examples of them firing on all cylinders.

A show like this is why I see the biscuits. An example of why we chase the dragon. This show is like a locomotive that just keeps chugging and getting better and better. Impressive playing by all. Allen was an absolute monster all weekend, and was in the drivers seat pushing barber to new heights and forcing him to play the way he is capable of playing. The last 3 sets of music in Richmond were impressive to me. I personally have not seen the band that locked in since June of 2009. There have been glimpses, but nothing that consistently great in a long time. This could arguably be one of the best 2.0 shows from start to finish in over a decade. The jams were focused yet they take you on a journey with twists and turns that keep the jams fresh and forward moving. I can’t recall really any jams thar stalled or got lost. There were moments during the show I would just laugh out loud to myself in awe trying to grasp what was happening, if this was reality, or some bisco dream I had conjured up in my mind. It was primal experience that made me dance like a rabid animal. I was slick as a greased pig leaving that dance floor and loved every second of it. My only complaint is highwire, come on guys, that was basic. Just walk it off after a show like that if your not gonna close it proper. Therapy would of been a good one for that crowd cause we’re gonna need after that 3 day run.
