I told my friend.a couple weeks before these Sylvee shows that I felt the Billy Strings Band needed 1 more component. They were on a hell of a run and the train was building steam. No drums, nothing electronic, just 1 more piece, and low and behold the live interview Jarrod got here sealed the deal. It was and is a perfect match. Proud of each of these musicians, they give me joy every time I hear them. Well done fellers!

Thunder that manifested the storm that rolled through was unbelievable. There were tornados a few miles away, lightning outside across the sky, and everything! Dream, Uncle, Daisy, Creek all so magical, by my goodness that Ole Slew Foot into Dusty Miller melted my face off all over the floor. Still trying to find it to this day!

With so much suffering taking place in the world, it’s so hard to keep positive. But this show Billy Stings, Madison @ Mar 5 is the tonic I need to survive. I’m dancing to the Nugs recording early in the morning just as if I were there. I can’t stop dancing as if my body is searching for a positive life force to affirm there is good in the world. Billy Strings you are that positive life force and this show is making smile, smile, smile.
