Reviews for The String Cheese Incident: 7/17/2021 Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Morrison, CO

There are some standouts for sure (Birdland, Jellyfish, Let’s Go Outside, Desert Dawn) but I can do without Jason Hann ruining the vibe in Sirens with his rap and the lady who joined them to sing on a couple songs. She has a great voice but doesn’t fit the vibe. Hann should never rap during Sirens again.

Some of you hating on Kim Dawson's sit-ins were obviously not there, and it shows. Go outside your basement couch streaming and social media and travel to see the band live in person! Misty Mountain Hop was full female-empowered rock and roll jet fuel! And then to suddenly see Peter Anspach, sticking around after Goose finished up their Denver run, strut onstage for Jellyfish! This was the best of the 3 nights at Red Rocks!

When I watched this live stream while it was live, Kim Dawson kind of killed the vibe I was feeling during this awesome show, so I was bummed to hear them announce her for an encore song. Upon revisiting this show, she's not as bad as I remember, but I still really don't enjoy her features here in this show. Amazing show besides those she's on though. Lots of cool jamming!

Because Kim Dawson just isn’t cutting it for jamband female vocalist stand in. Yikes

This was my favorite show of the Red Rocks run and Kim Dawson wasn’t that horrible. Second set from start to finish was straight fire! I’m thrilled that The Cheese will be celebrating New Years Eve in Chicago! See you all there!

Great show. But didn't love Kim Dawson tbh.

We were in the front row dancing our butts off the whole night, even my boyfriend with a broken heel could barely stay in his seat for very long. Great show, the type of cheese I came to Denver to see. Plenty of funky groovy sounds, great set list of songs I knew (Rollover, Sirens, Sweet Spot, Bollymunster) and some fun new ones (You’ve got the world has been stuck in my head since then).
