Im in an idiot and should find a new band since i didnt like the 29th?
pfft.... btw, alot of people didnt like the 29th, should they all stop going to shows?

   2 x 2  (1/3/2008 6:18:25 PM)

Will, i have downloaded and saw all 3, and believe it or not I still like the 29th, a lot, if u have seen 2 x 2 in your last 5 straight shows, do what i used to do when i was younger, tryin seein a run of shows in a row, since they don`t play 2 x 2 everyday this would probably work out...i saw the Grateful Dead play when i paint my masterpiece 43 times, and 2 x 2 is a way better tune, also, these reviews here, no matter the band, be it the Grateful Dead, Phish, moe., WSP, SCI, UM ect.. are about how the band performed, not a personal forum to Rip on a band b/c you have seen a song 5 times in a row and its not your cup of tea, drink coffee

will your an idiot this was a good show and since youve seen 40 n didnt like it u might want to pursue a new band this is a spot to review not to criticize by the way i am a ways over 17 and it was my 25th show

2x2, that is great that you like the show. But it wasnt a good UM show, and if you dont think that they catered the show to an all ages crowd, you are out of your mind. Which is why i said the Hurt Bird Bath was great. I have seen 2x2 my last 5 shows in a row, so that was just not my cup of tea this night. Get NYE!

like many other um fans, i attend their shows in anticipation of kickass playing and songs i haven`t heard in awhile. unfortunately, i went to this show instead of the next night. oh well. it was still a good time. not the greatest performance, but the energy was undeniable. gotta love how higgins just keeps getting better and better. the padgett`s reminded me of the one from 4/21 which has been my fav turbocharged version. hartswick was a letdown. i know she`s married to someone on the crew and she can sing, but i paid to hear um, not hartswick and her crappy cover. this is a good show for newcomers. it`s understandable they would choose a setlist like this for a show with all the snot-nosed kiddies runnin amuck. did anyone else keep hearing baba o`reilly teases? that shit drove me crazy. rock on. gram parsons is alive and living in gatlinburg.

Hey Will, didn`t know the age of the crowd dictaded the show, and if you think the band looks out and thinks that way u have a lot to learn, but seeing 40 UM shows means you must know, right, i mean i haven`t seen as many cause i`m a bit older then 17...and you would think with the 93 Grateful Dead and 72 Phish shows I saw that I would have learned by now...., I will take a 2 x 2, Bird Bath, ect...anyday

do not believe the post below me! every song from this show is played precisely. Jimmy Stew>In the Kitchen>Higgins>Padgett`s Profile is rediculous. The Nemo jam with Jeff Coffin will leave you speechless. Umphrey`s rocked a wiiiiild crowd for this one.
