This was my 100th Crows concert and it was a good one. The band was of course tight, that was to be expected. What made it great was the stories about the songs. Hearing about the whys and hows that breathed life into these songs that we've loved for 25 years. That is what did it for me. I loved it when Adam thanked the fans and said that you (the fans) have been coming to the shows for 25 years but so have the songs (paraphrasing). The Crows have stood the test of time and so have the songs. They, the band and the songs are as relevent today as they have ever been. Thousands of bands and songs have come and gone in 25 years. This band on this night showed why they are still here. I hope I see 100 more shows. I hope some of them rise to the level I felt this one was.
