It's A Gas, Gas, Gas! With GoGo Dancers? But Godzilla to get her started? That's nothing to shake a stick at, folks! I remember the 10.31.1997 NOLA Show when the came out firing with it in the 2nd Set but I can only imagine how interesting and/or mouths ajar/jaws dropping when they came outta the gate with Zilla. Godzilla opens and Gas, Gas, Gas closes the First Set? That is bold and I might have taken off because it can only go downhill from there, right? Well, TBH, sorta. Drift Away is a Cover I have been waiting 20 years for. Mind you, Jumpin' Jack Flash entered the bucket list immediately after I scratched Midnight Train to Georgia off almost 15 years ago. And it was worth the wait!

As incredible as the second night was, the treats came out for the third night! A parody from Laugh-In with the band had us all eager for the show opener and they blew us out with Godzilla! Diner was on my list for the night as well as Henry Parsons, and they didn't slack at all. Second set opener of Aqualung was spot on and flawless, and another Halloween treat! When they further opened the goodies bag and gave us a Pigeons into Here Come The Judge back into Pigeons, the crowd was busting! This was followed by another great version of Don't Fear the Reaper complete with cowbell. Everyone was on edge for the Encore and they treated us to a Tiptoe into Drift Away to an oh so sweet Ain't Life Grand! Indeed it is. Thanks for three great Halloween nights!
