This show rocks.... possibly the best from the whole run.

I`m not sure I agree about the first set being a slow start. I dunno about the rest of you guys, but I was digging on that gnarly fast guitar riff around the end of Svengali. Ever since Phish broke up I`ve been curious to see who they would sort of pass the torch onto, as the dead did to them. Finally, in this fall tour and NYE run, The Disco Biscuits have proven that they are the only band who could really occupy the jam throne. So many other jam bands are doing things that really aren`t original, and that`s why we are the bisco shows. Those boys are fuckin` trail blazers.

I felt it took them a bit to get going in the first set which is uncharacteristic on them. But the second set was sick.

This was a fantastic show to start out the new years run and a definite revitalization of BISCO at SONAR after a lackluster 11/04 show. First set raged from start to finish with the biscuits returning to the intensity, creativity and patience of the days some would have considered to be long gone. I can`t remember a better first set of biscuits since 5/26/05 at SONAR. Second set was no dissapointment either. Mulberry`s Dream was a great way to get things going and by the time we reached the inverted SHIMMY out of DRIBBLE there was no turning back, this shit was ill. A nice segue into an old tune SONGS OF JOY and a standalone AQUATIC APE finished out the second set nicely. In addition to an immaculate LADIES>SOLSTICE>LADIES encore, this show shined because in my eyes the biscuits were playing like they had nothing to lose once again except with much more focus and experience. SONAR can now reclaim its reputation for being a monument to moments of BISCO greatness. Take Care y`all, Krieger

Absolute madness!! Get this show right NOW!!! I had sooo much fun at the sonar, it was unbelievable. Highlights are the 711>RLH, and the ladies encore is great too!! Heady.
