Reviews for The String Cheese Incident: 11/25/2006 Fabulous Fox, Atlanta, GA

I know that people tend to say that shows they went to are way better than they are, but this show was nuts. The energy in the Fox was the highest of any show I have ever been to, the boys were playing like the old days, and the sets were stacked. There wasn`t a slow point to the weekend except for parts of the first set the first night. Outside and Inside was by far the best I`ve ever heard although it started a bit off, Quinn was sick, Bummpin` Real, Shine, and SMILE were epic, and Kang was out of his mind during Little Hands. So I have to say this is one of the best shows I`ve ever heard and the sound quality is great. I suggest buying both nights. Thanks for a great weekend and a great run over the years. See ya at Bonnaroo.

the second set of this night is very good. i`m one of the few, or maybe the only one, that really doesn`t like howard that much. this one is really good though. bumpin reel, don`t say, and the jam out of galactic back into shine are really good as well. however, i would recommend downloading the first night instead of this one. with the exception of little hands, the first set of this show is really not that good at all. i`m not sure what happened with outside inside, but it was played horribly. same thing with quinn the eskimo. the acoustic stuff is pretty good, but not nearly as good as past acoustic sets. just some of my thoughts, some people may have thought the whole show was great. i am glad that smile was probably the last song i`ll see them play.

The show was unreal... the bumpin` real (2000) completely changed the show, as the place erupted in an almost orgasmic glee... they kicked it into another gear, WOW!

very fun night indeed...everyone be sure to check out the Don`t Say into Bumpin Reel....that song really epitomizes what the band is these days..you get that crazy electronic effect plus billy`s sound plus kang`s vio with a funky rivertrance like beat...so dope...that was the highlight of the show to me...in part cause it`s badass to see so many people gettin down to a new tune that all the band members are groovin on...you don`t see that with rain or solution or farther and things like that...and i know many people have said it, but i can`t say it enough...thanks again fellas, we`ll miss you

This night was defiantly the better of the two. The energy level was insane. First set highlight would have to be the little hands, very beautiful. The entire second set was amazing. Highlights include Howard (great set opener), Best feeling (crazy version with an awesome hiphop jam), and Shine (maybe the best i`ve ever heard). The smile was sick and it left everyone in just the right mood. The boys were ON in the ATL but, i`m sad because there may never be another fox show. Regardless, i`m glad i made it to these two nights.

I want to wish billy and the rest of SCI the best in what ever they have planned and i would like to thank them for all the great music and life changing concert experiences. take care boys.
