Just getting back on my feet, after a devastating blow in my career choice. The parallels of the band’s journey and my own were uncanny. The rumors that the band may never play again to getting to see a soundcheck the night before the concert, lifted my spirits immensely. I attended the show with a colleague and ran into a taper friend. The weather was very wet and we were 5 rows from the back of the pavilion. By the end of the night, sheets of rain were falling on those people standing on the lawn. The King Kong poster was awesome. Or was it the SLA poster? Daughter was spectacular. Very moving.
