Reviews for Widespread Panic: 10/26/2006 Omaha Music Hall, Omaha, NE

O MY GOODNESS! The 1st set was just average in my book. The second set BLEW MY SOCKS OFF. They were jamming in a way I had never heard before. The Timezones was incredible. Jimmy Herring definately adds a new dimension to Panic. Believe me when I tell you this is a new sound. I had listened to other Jimmy shows prior to this, and I truly think this was his best peformance yet. Better than the Macon show for sure. Download!

This show was great, first set- a lot of popular songs. The second set is way more loose and trippy. I`ve only seen WP 4 times, which isn`t saying a whole bunch, but this is the best show from them musically I`ve seen. Jimmy Herring is an excellent fit and he rocked that second set. Overall, 4.5 out of 5 bong tokes.

This show is the reason I get out on the road to see Widespread Panic.
Huge Jams - the band is taking risks at every turn. The treats are bountiful for this show - the Arlene is solid and spacey at the same time and the Driving Sammy with Holden and Time is Free is everything you could ask for for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
