Reviews for Widespread Panic: 10/1/2006 Rupp Arena, Lexington, KY

Smokin throughout. Don`t overlook this one, it`s hot. As for the Katie>Drums, mine`s fine, but there`s weird percussion (a warble sound) at that part that was definately part of the drums/percussion. Sounds great to me -- keep it going, WSP!

Mine messes up too. Can we get that fixed?! I want to have it cuz I remember how awesome it was live.

Made the long haul from PA to catch the boys with DDBB. Sweet setup at Rupp made for a much more intimate setting than I expected. Awesome opening set from DDBB, do yourself a favor and snag thier new CD. Spread has settled into a deep groove with JH...amazing after only a dozen shows. The performances throughout this show are SMOKIN`! The set list was heavy with five E2A songs. Unfortunately, DDBB was only used for Christmas Katie through Superstition. Would have loved to hear the horns on some additional material, especially You Should Be Glad. Just another killer Panic show.
