New Year's Run 2013: Day Five
The band took December 30th off and got ready for this massive 3 1/2 hour 3 set show that must have lasted until 5 a.m or so. Massive it is as well, with one the longest set lists I've ever seen. While it's maybe a bit to structured for my personal tastes, they still manage to space way out on occasion. Keyboardist Aron Magner seems to lay kind of low on this show, and that's what's missing from making this a classic recording in my eyes. Oh yeah that and their cover of "Killing In the Name".
