I have criminally under listened to 91+. Ty for expanding my Grateful Dead enjoyment. Great show.

1st time hearing this one. About halfway through Jack straw they caught ?? Desolation kind of tamed that fire But that first set was terrific. Was a little sound issue in jack straw which is too bad because it was jammin. Still worth a listen. I haven't dabbled into much 90s dead this was a super enjoyable show for sure. Going to cue up the 8/17 now.

First set Dark Star! Victim between Scarlet and Fire is a surprisingly good fit. Phil’s twangy bass on Jack Straw is odd but fun. On audience recordings of Scarlet, during the solo, you can hear a guy near the taper section let out a whoop of pure exhilaration. Sort of sums up the whole GD experience!

The Scarlet -> Victim -> Fire combo is ingenious and maybe the best jam they ever did post-Brent. The transitions are just insane and Hornsby drives everything perfectly,
