Reviews for Dead and Company: 6/24/2022 Wrigley Field, Chicago, IL

Yo fuck the fascist ass hats calling themselves heads  (7/5/2022 10:03:43 AM)

It’s always been political. Get that fuckin boot out your mouth or get the fuck out of the way. VOTE stand by our rights stand by our women. Get your red right trump bs out of here. If you think Jer would be against any of the political stances Bob has taken with the band in the last two decades you’re part of the problem. We don’t need ya, we don’t want ya, stay home!

I thought I remembered hearing it live and during the resisten, sure enough Oteil hit a solid “Power Of Soul” Band of Gypsies riff in the middle of NFA. What a show!

This cooks.

Love you Billy  (6/29/2022 1:51:22 PM)

but Jay Lane fuels the band to play in a different more angular kind of way

Moms lost it   (6/29/2022 7:22:13 AM)

Actually mom, they used to play benefit shows for the black panthers. Sorry the best band in the land doesn’t agree with your backwards yall-qaeda bs

I remember back in the day Weirs wife gave some woke message for the Dead to convey and they did in the middle of concerts. Jerry was happy to use the mics for political messaging ….just kidding that never never happened

Agree, Jenj- he plainly leads the band musically and has great relationship with Jeff. Was just a show with lots of Peak Dead.
