A Tuesday night heater in NC! Off to the races with the jammed out Cuckoo and then so many other 1st set highlights including the 15 Steps, Little Sadie, and Hypnosis closer. Monster T&T got us going again and then the final segment of In the Clear > Nugasm > Woodpile left us smiling for weeks to come! Bravo Billy & team!!

another banger of a show. love that first set starts with doc watson classics like cukoo, rag, etc. this tour is soaring to new heights that I didn't even know were possible.

Billy Strings just keeps evolving. At this point, it feels exponential. On a Tuesday night in NC, it doesn’t get much more psychedelic than what went down in Greensboro. Honestly, this might be the standout show of the tour so far, which says a lot given the run they’ve been on lately. With over 20,000 people packed into the coliseum, the energy was unreal both inside and out. Some of the highlights for me included “The Cuckoo,” “Pyramid Country,” “15 Steps,” “Turmoil and Tinfoil” (one of the best versions ever), “I Miss the Mississippi and You,” “Nutshell,” and “Wargasm.”
