I’m so so so happy Goose is now in the fold of MSG. Hands down my favorite venue of all time. Best vibes, best staff, best crowd, comfy seats, phenomenal sound system, and THE PLACE MOVES. You gotta FEEL THAT NOW! Goose absolutely destroyed their MSG debut. From the very first note, they had everybody in the palms of their hands. The transitions were all on point. Notable jams were AWS>RUTH, Red Bird and Tumble>Creatures>Shama>Tumble. Give It Time gave me goosebumps live and gave me a whole new layer of appreciation for it. Just high fives all around, everybody in that building made that night special. MSGOOOOOOSE!!!

wow these guys have come a long way since jazz fest. obviously they owe their whole career to Brownie, it's good to see them so modest about it

Factory Fiction opener… in the word of MacGruber, “it’s called sending a message and I think it’s gonna be heard loud

Every member of the band rose to the occasion on this night. When they bring horns into the mix a unique magic infuses every molecule in the room. This show just like 10/02/2020 will resonate for years to come.

History@MSG (6/30/2025 2:39:49 PM)
One of the few shows you’ll ever see, more so if you were there, where collectively, the band and audience, everyone was aware in real time that a historic, once-in-life kinda show was transpiring, from the combination of the first time (Soulshine doesn’t count) at the venue of venues, MSG, the song selection, the horns, the jams, the sheer length of the show and absolutely blowing waaaaay through curfew, all combined with the energy in that room and innate synergetic connection between band and audience, Obvious parallels to Phish 12/30/97, but years from now, we may look back at this show more like Phish’s 12/31/95 show, their Mona Lisa. It wouldn’t surprise me if this show becomes Goose’s Mona Lisa in the months and years to come. Truly
Blessed to have been in the room that night and to have shared in that collective experience.
