Gout is NO JOKE! I got it in my big toe once and I “couldn’t even SOCK IT!” I religiously drink Black Cherry Juice now and I have not had any flare ups since that one time. I try to drink it anytime I think of it, but also if it ever begins to “tickle in my toe” I begin to CHUG it. This has literally stopped the gout in its tracks. I’ve had people tell me it doesn’t really work or st least not for them, but I’ve found it to be a natural miracle remedy for gout - pre and post emergent!!! Keep on pickin’ boys! Lay off the “royal diet” so much, and add some black cherry juice to the pantry! ;)
