While we all appreciate the phenomenal musicianship of Billy and the boys I think we sometimes overlook what an amazing songwriter Billy has become. Despite his humble beginnings and lack of formal education he has developed into a truly talented wordsmith, with such beautiful songs as Wargasm, My Alice, Mill Town Flood, Seven Weeks in County. Keep up the great work.

Somehow…someway, Billy never lets you rest. Everything just as groovy as the next, impossible to sit still listening to this show, or any show.

This was my 30th show, and what a reward that Turmoil and Tinfoil was, no words, the boys just keep bringing it, so I’ll just keep going too, got on the train in 2020 for Halloween in Asheville, back then didn’t think it could get better, but the lads keep proving me wrong, Huntsville next for me, can’t wait

Well Hello Indiana. Top notch two night stop. All time favoriteTurmoil, has to be one of the best they’ve performed

I’ve seen Billy quite a few times now. This was by far without question the single most psychedelic Bluegrass show I’ve ever been to in my life.

The whole show was unreal but that half hour of Turmoil & Tinfoil might be his best example of that song to date. Absolutely nuts
