Maybe not the greatest or tightest of shows, but definitely some gems for those willing to be patientband let them happen. Yes there are some points that made me think about fast forwarding or just moving on to something g else, but everytime I just let it play I was rewarded! Probably one of my favorite Looks Like Rain. By the time He's Gone and Morning Dew hit, I am on cloud nine! All from a show I would probably never have selected if not for Play Dead. Looking forward to hearing what the future holds!

I almost quit this show during Foolish Heart. First part of set II is a rough listen. Looks Like Rain on is amazing and a worth a close listen. The sad songs seemed to be the ticket for the boys tonight. Morning Dew and Black Muddy are exactly right for the mood. Jerry’s cracked vocals and the emotion in the guitar go straight to the heart.

Meh. Kind of a clunker. They’re trying hard to connect but just keep missing the mark. So many songs just kind of fizzle out rather than end properly (first set) or with a solid segue. This show is a good example of the “shoes in a dryer” criticism. Next night is much more spirited!
