I've been to 8 of the 9 Billy shows at Koka Booth, and this one was the best I've seen there. I was California Sober as I drove all my friends home, and I was so floored during most of the show that I just stood there in awe. The segue into Thunder was monstrous, and the whole venue was on their feet cheering during the whole of the song itself. Be Your Man>Thirst Mutilator>Hollow Heart was such an amazing high energy set closer! Mtn Girls is always so appropriate in NC as it was written by a North Carolina native, and of course the monster Turmoil and Tinfoil stole the show and took many fans' breath away. End of the Rainbow, what a perfect closer for the last set of an incredible 3-night run. And as stated by others, Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald was a major treat. Thanks again fellas, and if that's your last time at Koka Booth for a while, we loved the hell out of it!!

Picture it, Cary, 2025. I had 3 on the tongue in honor of Bicycle Day, and the boys came out firing on all cylinders. Thunder was pretty much a religious experience that seemed to last hours, but in a wonderfully peculiar way. By the time Turmoil and Tinfoil came on, I felt like I had lived through 3 lifetimes, and the boys were still playing one for the ages. They ended the night with an amazing End of the Rainbow and an all time rendition of The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. There’s not a band on this entire planet I’d rather see at the moment.

Been to quite a few Billy shows now, and all of the Cary runs. This hands down was the best show I have ever been to. That thunder is the greatest live performance I have, and probably ever will see in my life. It was pure bliss. Just want to say thank you BMFS. You are a legend.
