It was all about that transition from Blackout Blues to Arleen, havent seen them do something like that in ages. Best mercy ive seen george do. Energy at these shows were as high as most panic shows ive ever seen. great weekend

good to be back home in chitown. snake bite to start off - they didn`t even give us time to strap on our seat belts! junior and lil kin to make the life in the first set grand indeed - especially when bowlegged finsished it! second set was smooth and arleen surprised everyone and they smoked it. when big wolly appeared they had enough donated FIRE for the rest of the tour! the atmosphere was great at the show and the sound quality of the downloads (thanks guys) is fantastic. there was a nolaween type buzz about the place and the music has already brought back memories. definitely a different panic sound - JB`s funky rhythms have been amped and schools was droppin bombs as usual. jojo was going off! he seemed to have more of the attention than before. george knows the songs better by now and he wasn`t going off on those strange tangents as much as before and is a lot easier to listen to. he is starting to bring a little more diesel to the party. obviously they will never sound like they did in the day - but for who they are now and for what they have now - they sounded rested, playful and more unified. they appear to be fresh and excited to play again. by the way - the cubs won 4-0 to make the whole day complete!

Set 2 was some of the best Panic I have ever seen. Glad they saved the best for last.
