Really digging Mayer’s raga beats at the end of SotM. This is all really solid, made mostly by the lack of strain in Bob’s voice now. Incredible set list too.

SteveB I totally agree with you but this is how it is. Be grateful that we are still seeing and hearing the music you and I have been listening to since the late 70’s-80’s. If you want the fast days go see JRAD. Best “fast” Dead music around. Of course you don’t get the high production or Bob but that the best I have for ya.

Only took like 8 years? Kinda crazy these guys have been doing this the better part of a decade already. I can’t believe Bill made it back to us and sounds better than ever. Slow? Sure. But it’s tasteful and it’s jazzy as fuck. This is what I hoped for them. Just keep doing exactly this until you guys are ready for the changing of the guard. It’s blissful, it’s filled with spirit and it’s rocking when it needs to be. You love to see it. Very grateful.
