Billy said to the boys when they were talking to oteil, "we should have played eyes of the world tonight" but we definitely heard the eyes tease whether he realized it or not! That's some esp right there. Second set closer was hot. Had never heard this before. New billy? Would have bet my left arm that ride me high was coming. Great show. Can't wait to listen back.

Only Billy MF Strings would debut a new song sandwiched between Dark Star. Wow. Four new songs, all awesome. This show had a very different feel than the traditional Billy Strings show. It was much more Dead like in the jamming style - less bluegrass etiquette and more free flowing. His unique ability to transition between mellow and electrifying was on full display. Both Dead covers were phenomenal and Hide and Seek is bluegrass grunge.
