Got third row for the last half of first set, it was one of the greatest moments of my life so far. Missed the opener because the street was blocked off for Colin Powell, but I got a great picture of the back of his head from like ten feet away. The SBD mix is really good for anyone who might be wondering, there are a few adjustment spots but they aren`t really noticable.

Yeah. In the words of a review i read a ways back- you could not have beaten the smile off my face with a baseball bat after this show. The guys sounded great- the setlist was just one great song after another. Jams were tight and crisp, culminating in a NYE countdown that definately won`t be forgoten quickly- the Glory Chords launching into Rollover- I don`t think i`ve ever screamed so loudly. As far as being there- the venue was amazing, great acoustics and amazing surroundings, and the lighting was INTENSE- including this awesome laser-light show that started at midnight and continued throughout the evening. As an added bonus- my friends and I got to meet Travis outside the stage door while we were waiting on line before the show. If anyone can tell me what that bird thing flying next to Kyle was, it would be greatly appreciated. The Balconies def. won- 2nd mezzanine baby! All in all, a great show- closing out a great year and ushering in what is sure to be an even better one. No place i`d rather be on New Year`s Eve than NYC with the String Cheese Incident.

A-Town Pirate (1/9/2005 2:28:21 PM)
Heres the A-Town pirate once again, and the wait from thanksgiving weekend till now was so worth it. I mean i talking heads cover to open with(crazy). It`s too much to even talk about, everything was a highlight. Reelin` In the Years (insane), rollover> rivertrance (sick). And i thought i would never hear boogie on reggae woman played so well after Phish but they did it beautifully. Great job guys ,See you next tour. P.S. The Balconies won (if you were there you know what i mean)

this was by far the greatest concert experience of my life. The concert hall was gorgeous. The first set was the best set of any concert i`ve ever heard. But then the last set was the biggest, most intense concert celebration i`ve seen. show highlights...san jose>mouna bowa, a crazy rivertrance and a great black clouds. i cant wait to hear the show again. kang played so much violin this night and all that were there loved it. to quote the girls i met on 5th Ave. after the show..."ORGASMIC." nuff said. thank you string cheese for my best (not your everyday incidents) ever. See you in March in Florida!

Cheese continues to amaze me..i drove in from Chicago and had the best time of my life.Very intense show, you could really feel the energy in the hall. All three shows were amazing, Folks, if you havent seen an SCI (not your everyday incident) run, you are missing out on an incredible life altering experience. Thank you Cheese for all that you do.
