a very solid show with some really inspired and inspiring moments but not the transcendent songs much less a whole transcendent set like we've been spoiled enough to come to expect so often. I'm not sure if it's the money it takes to go to a Dead show nowadays that has trained into the lizard(or more troglodyte advancing) portion my brain that a value laden expectation insists on a pound of flesh required from each performance be left on the stage to satiate the everchild till the next show fix comes along that I rationalize the need to pay what I Must Afford with each succeeding tour. Or the Magic may evaporate leaving me grasping at clouds for substance. I know I can enjoy He's Gone without needing to apply the weight of personal loss to experience it's beauty as a stand alone masterpiece of its own right deserves. RELAX and ENJOY the MOMENT. FOREVER if you can allow yourself that luxury bestowed upon us when we're born(but not trained recognize)only seeing we've had it all the time as that too begins to evaporate like the fickle ethereal muse we depend on to
